Diano Marina
Packed with nature and cultural locations, Diano Marina maintains a tourist tradition that dates back to the end of the 19th century. When, thanks to the numerous olive trees that grow in the territory, it became an important trading centre for olive oil. As the decades passed, the town slowly changed its appearance, becoming a deeply loved location visited by many Italian and foreign tourists year after year.
Thanks to the many places of interest in the town and its wonderful beaches, Diano Marina is the ideal place for a cultural trip or a relaxing summer holiday with the family on the beach.
If you wander through the old town, you can come across several craft shops, and characteristic bars with tables on the street where you can have a coffee. One of the most interesting places to see is definitely the Palazzo della Cultura, which regularly hosts exhibitions, concerts and cultural events. Inside it is also possible to visit the MARM, a museum where historical and archaeological findings belonging to the territory are displayed.
Among the historic buildings worth a visit are the Church of Sant’Antonio Abate, the Oratory of Santissima Annunziata, and the Tower of sant’Erasmo.

More than three kilometers long and abundant with soft golden sand, the village beach is the ideal place to enjoy relaxing days in the sun or under a beach umbrella. As you enter its stunning crystal-clear sea, you can enjoy the shallow waters which are ideal for swimming.
For the more dynamic guests, it is also possible to rent diving and windsurfing equipment at the local beach facilities.
